Changes To The Trailer - 2

Also from the feedback Owen mentioned about the voiceover towards the end not being very clear and difficult to hear. From this we went back and adjusted the sound level of the voice over as well as quieting down the music when it came to the part of the voiceover which resulted in it being clearer and easier for the viewer to hear. From the feedback as well a few people mentioned that there maybe could have been more narration/voice overs, which initially we had thought however we couldn’t come up with things to say which would have worked well. After hearing this feedback we began to discuss and spider diagram some possible dialog which would have been used as voiceovers to help the storyline become clearer. We also felt the trailer needed more for example sound effects on the on screen text as well as sounds which would make the clips seem more realistic, so we looked about and found some cinematic sound effects which would made the trailer work better as well as seem more professional. We also found sound effects such as punches which worked well with the fighting however we didn’t want to overuse them so we also had the idea of using the music to fit in with the fighting scenes for example punches matching the music. We also used some drone noises which were very simple which we just looped to add tension during the on screen text as it felt rather bare with just the text. These worked really well as they built up a lot of tension which we needed.

These are the final sound effects which feature in our trailer
